She took the time to build a strong relationship with the seller. Definitely made this the best experience possible. Everything seemed so easy and the only hard part was the actual labor of moving in with a baby. If anyone is looking for buying or selling, please consider the Sood’s. You won’t regret it.
One thing that I always appreciate about Gaurav that he never comes with a bad news:)
Let me start with saying “ Gaurav is magical”! And I mean it when I say that.
We have been working with Gaurav for about two years now and he has been phenomenal and extremely patient all the way! Gaurav helped us get multiple houses but because of our indecisiveness, we had to let go a few. Gaurav never got agitated even in those instances instead he handled those situations very calmly.
We have finally bought our beautiful house with Gaurav’s help. This was a short sale and we never even imagine that will ever get this house. But Gaurav went above and beyond his regular responsibilities in order to get this house to us. He not only works candidly with the buyer but also present the case to the seller in a strong way. He is an educator and will educate you throughly through the entire buying/ selling process. He makes things super transparent for both the parties.
One thing that I always appreciate about Gaurav that he never comes with a bad news:)
Gaurav is not only a great professional but a wonderful person as well! There have been times when me and my husband had to involve Gaurav with our emotions regarding the house and he fully understood them and worked with us accordingly.
Gaurav gets on the same page very very quickly and that reflects his experience and expertise!

A Little About Gaurav and Lennaea
Thank you for taking a moment to get to know more about who we are! We are Gaurav and Lennaea Sood, a married couple who have been together since 2003. We are very proud parents of two beautiful daughters and two dogs. We live, love, and breathe real estate.
Gaurav the “master negotiator,” started in real estate in 2007 when times weren’t exactly easy in real estate. Luckily, Gaurav and his true tenacious nature hustled his way through the economic downturn and became “Rookie of the Year,” at Keller Williams and then quickly adjusted with the rapidly changing real estate climate to become an expert in negotiating complex Short Sales. Fast forward to now, and Gaurav continues to be a Top Producer in our area and our company.
