My name is Domingo and my wife Shelia and I have two daughters. Yesterday, with the help of our amazing Agent, Gaurav Sood, we were able to move into the house of our dreams, our first house.
We started the process of looking for a house in June, and we were very hesitant due to our lack of experience with house hunting. Once we brought Gaurav in to help us, we felt as though we had someone to guide us through the whole process. He found listings that fit our requests and was very warm and informative in our walk throughs. On a beautiful sunny day, we finally came across the house that I knew my family would love. Gaurav set up another open house for my wife and kids, and it was the one! He responded promptly to all of our calls and text messages- including one anxious text from my youngest daughter that she sent from my phone asking when the move in date was.
After everything was settled, we received the long awaited call to meet Gaurav and get our keys to the house. My daughters embraced eachother and were overcome with happiness, thanking Gaurav for his help and excitedly running through our new house. Again, we had such a great experience and my family is so grateful to have such a supportive agent and such a beautiful home.

A Little About Gaurav and Lennaea
Thank you for taking a moment to get to know more about who we are! We are Gaurav and Lennaea Sood, a married couple who have been together since 2003. We are very proud parents of two beautiful daughters and two dogs. We live, love, and breathe real estate.
Gaurav the “master negotiator,” started in real estate in 2007 when times weren’t exactly easy in real estate. Luckily, Gaurav and his true tenacious nature hustled his way through the economic downturn and became “Rookie of the Year,” at Keller Williams and then quickly adjusted with the rapidly changing real estate climate to become an expert in negotiating complex Short Sales. Fast forward to now, and Gaurav continues to be a Top Producer in our area and our company.
