Right from our first meeting, Gaurav Sood & Lennaea Sood impressed us tremendously. We actually selected a different real estate agent to start off with, but we quickly switched to Gaurav & Lennaea when things weren’t working out with the other person. And are we glad we did. They were extremely patient with us throughout the process, and took it at the pace we wanted. What I loved about working with him is that in addition to the good, he was not afraid to contradict us and tell us what we needed to hear, even if it wasn’t what we wanted to hear. Most of all, when we were ready to make a deal, Gaurav put on his war paint, and went through a brutal negotiation process. A Little About Gaurav and Lennaea
Thank you for taking a moment to get to know more about who we are! We are Gaurav and Lennaea Sood, a married couple who have been together since 2003. We are very proud parents of two beautiful daughters and two dogs. We live, love, and breathe real estate.
Gaurav the “master negotiator,” started in real estate in 2007 when times weren’t exactly easy in real estate. Luckily, Gaurav and his true tenacious nature hustled his way through the economic downturn and became “Rookie of the Year,” at Keller Williams and then quickly adjusted with the rapidly changing real estate climate to become an expert in negotiating complex Short Sales. Fast forward to now, and Gaurav continues to be a Top Producer in our area and our company.
