Everything seemed so easy and the only hard part was the actual labor of moving in with a baby. If anyone is looking for buying or selling, please consider the Sood’s. You won’t regret it.

Gaurav Sood was a referral that came to us from a friend at work and has been an excellent resource for finding the perfect home for me and my family. He has gone the extra mile every which way he could to make sure that we were satisfied.
Everything started for us over a year ago, and even though we weren’t quite ready, he didn’t give up on us and he waited for us to become ready. When that moment arrived, he was ready to go and show us all the houses we wanted to see. He took us to see so many different houses. It became such a long process. He even ran out of the house at night to meet up with us and show us something that we found on the internet, which turned out to be a bust. He was up late at night sending us documents to sign on homes that we thought were going to be perfect and work out, but fell through.
When we became discouraged that we wouldn’t find the right one that fit into our budget, he encouraged us not to give up and that the perfect home is out there. He couldn’t have been more right. Our little castle was out there, and it literally was a castle with a moat that we fell in love with. Gaurav has done everything in his power to make it happen. It’s been a pleasure working with him and he is not only just our agent, but also our friend. I highly recommend Gaurav to all my friends and family if they want to work with someone that is knowledgeable and will go that extra mile to make things work.
A Little About Gaurav and Lennaea
Thank you for taking a moment to get to know more about who we are! We are Gaurav and Lennaea Sood, a married couple who have been together since 2003. We are very proud parents of two beautiful daughters and two dogs. We live, love, and breathe real estate.
Gaurav the “master negotiator,” started in real estate in 2007 when times weren’t exactly easy in real estate. Luckily, Gaurav and his true tenacious nature hustled his way through the economic downturn and became “Rookie of the Year,” at Keller Williams and then quickly adjusted with the rapidly changing real estate climate to become an expert in negotiating complex Short Sales. Fast forward to now, and Gaurav continues to be a Top Producer in our area and our company.
