We met Gaurav Sood at a house he was selling. The house wasn’t right for us, but Gaurav took my email and began sending us possible listings that matched our criteria. One of these listings was a short sale, and the location, size, and acreage completely matched what we were looking for. Buying this home was a long process, due to the short sale procedure, but Gaurav helped us every step of the way.
He is very knowledgeable about short sales and used this expertise to aid us in our offer and subsequent negotiations. We were able to contact him at any time of the day, and he always worked to answer our questions or find the information we were seeking. At the last moment, Gaurav went beyond his commitment as a realtor, to meet with a bank vice president associated with the short sale, which ended up in our purchasing this beautiful home for the price we had negotiated at.
We then had Gaurav list our existing house in Federal Way. Again, he was available day and night, returned calls promptly, and always took our considerations in mind as to listing price and strategy. He held several Open Houses, and guided our approach to attaining the best possible price for our home. In 3 weeks we received 3 offers, the one we choose being a full price offer. Throughout the negotiations of this sale, he has always kept our best interests in mind, and has worked hard to get us the best deal possible.
Gaurav is a firm negotiator and doesn’t want his clients to lose any money they don’t need to risk to close the deal.
We have been very pleased with his work ethic and pleasant manner, and know that he will be there for us after this sale has been completed. Gauvre is a great realtor and a friend as well.

Thank you for taking a moment to get to know more about who we are! We are Gaurav and Lennaea Sood, a married couple who have been together since 2003. We are very proud parents of two beautiful daughters and two dogs. We live, love, and breathe real estate.
Gaurav the “master negotiator,” started in real estate in 2007 when times weren’t exactly easy in real estate. Luckily, Gaurav and his true tenacious nature hustled his way through the economic downturn and became “Rookie of the Year,” at Keller Williams and then quickly adjusted with the rapidly changing real estate climate to become an expert in negotiating complex Short Sales. Fast forward to now, and Gaurav continues to be a Top Producer in our area and our company.
