My experience with Gaurav Sood as my Real Estate Agent for my residential house purchase was more than outstanding. Gaurav was more than just an Agent; he was an advisor, consultant and more importantly a friend. What continues to impress me the most is even though the sale was officially closed on June 20th, 2014, he continues to stay in contact with me; frequently asking how everything is going and if there is anything he can assist with.
I first began to search for houses in late winter of 2014 through the web sporadically. I was still a few months away from any commitments or being a serious candidate to purchase a home anytime soon. Gaurav knew this but he was still more than willing to meet up with me to provide some vital advice, and outstanding knowledge in putting myself in the best situation once I became ready. His honesty, genuine character and patience were displayed once again after I suffered a major car accident on April 17th. After weeks closely working with him I was forced to delay the purchase and he was more than understanding; he even selflessly offered to assist in any way possible during that difficult time of mine. Long story short, I was blessed enough to continue with the process a month and a half later. Within one month and viewing a dozen houses in person we were able to close on a gorgeous home with ease.

A Little About Gaurav and Lennaea
Thank you for taking a moment to get to know more about who we are! We are Gaurav and Lennaea Sood, a married couple who have been together since 2003. We are very proud parents of two beautiful daughters and two dogs. We live, love, and breathe real estate.
Gaurav the “master negotiator,” started in real estate in 2007 when times weren’t exactly easy in real estate. Luckily, Gaurav and his true tenacious nature hustled his way through the economic downturn and became “Rookie of the Year,” at Keller Williams and then quickly adjusted with the rapidly changing real estate climate to become an expert in negotiating complex Short Sales. Fast forward to now, and Gaurav continues to be a Top Producer in our area and our company.
