Unlike other buyers we haven’t been in the market for too long before we bought our first “beautiful” house. Thanks to Gaurav Sood for making that happen. He is a very professional real estate agent and was on call for us 24 hrs a day to fit my schedule. He was updating my case even while he was on vacation. That was when I came to know that he was working “for me” to find the right house. The best part of my experience was when he advised me to not push the price any higher for the house we eventually bought as it wasn’t appearing to be priced as a short sale. When he finally came to know that that’s the house we wanted he chalked out the very best deal for us which was very competitive for a buyer. Although ours was a short sale we got it in less than 25 days…. This truly gives a meaning to the “short” term in a short sale. Thanks Gaurav.
