Here’s an example: We wrote up 4 offers for our buyers and they all ended up in multiple offer situations with 3 being accepted. We were very excited about that of course, but that is simply not the case for most buyers. Plus, our listing in Covington,WA and Puyallup, WA had over 50 showings within the first 4 days on the market and total of 13 offers-WOAH. Seller’s take note! Now, let’s take a look at the stats for Lake Tapps: There were only 26 homes for sale for the month of July, 17 went pending, 19 were sold, average days on the market were 24, median sale price is $762,500 and there is 1.8 months supply homes on the market.
