If I were to describe my experience buying a home with Gaurav Sood in one word: “Fantastic”.
Right from our first meeting, Gaurav Sood & Lennaea Sood impressed us tremendously. We actually selected a different real estate agent to start off with, but we quickly switched to Gaurav & Lennaea when things weren’t working out with the other person. And are we glad we did. They were extremely patient with us throughout the process, and took it at the pace we wanted. What I loved about working with him is that in addition to the good, he was not afraid to contradict us and tell us what we needed to hear, even if it wasn’t what we wanted to hear. Most of all, when we were ready to make a deal, Gaurav put on his war paint, and went through a brutal negotiation process. More than anything else, we got a great friend as a result of this. Gaurav, Lennaea and Maya are an awesome family, and we hope to host and entertain them for many years to come in our new home.
