Gaurav Sood was a referral that came to us from a friend at work and has been an excellent resource for finding the perfect home for me and my family. He has gone the extra mile every which way he could to make sure that we were satisfied. 
Everything started for us over a year ago, and even though we weren’t quite ready, he didn’t give up on us and he waited for us to become ready. When that moment arrived, he was ready to go and show us all the houses we wanted to see. He took us to see so many different houses. It became such a long process. He even ran out of the house at night to meet up with us and show us something that we found on the internet, which turned out to be a bust. He was up late at night sending us documents to sign on homes that we thought were going to be perfect and work out, but fell through.

Our little castle was out there, and it literally was a castle with a moat that we fell in love with. Gaurav has done everything in his power to make it happen. It’s been a pleasure working with him and he is not only just our agent, but also our friend.
