We got started with Jumpstart Espresso back in 1998. I got out of college and didn’t wanna pursue my major and decided I wanted to try to open a coffee shop. So put together a business plan got a loan and opened up in front of a friend’s a tanning salon. Not long after that Mykel decided she didn’t wanna pursue the exciting career of insurance agent. So she joined on with me full time. And here we are 20 years later, two shops, a third one coming next year and we absolutely love what we do. Hi I’m Mykel, I am also an owner of Jumpstart Espresso with my twin sister Steph. And we are having such a great time running our business together. We’ve been in business for 21 years and it’s all because of our super loyal customer base and our amazing staff. We have the best baristas that you will ever find and they help us bring our craft of coffee to life right to you through our windows. We’ve been a part of this community our entire lives, we grew up and went to school here and we give back to this community consistently.
