My wife and I had a phenomenal experience working with Gaurav and Lennaea Sood while buying our recent home. Gaurav Sood was referred to us by a family member and exceeded what we thought was possible from a real estate agent.

In the end Gaurav is not just a great guy, he knows what he’s doing and was able to save us tens of thousands of dollars on a competitive house that was off the market in less than 48 hours.
Last but certainly not least, we also met Lennaea and instantly fell in love! Not only is she one of the kindest humans we’ve ever met she has a wonderful eye for design that helped us envision what we could do with the fixer upper we ended up buying.
