September Real Estate Market Update for Auburn & lake Tapps Wa Hey Guys! Here is your September Market Update and let me just tell you…”the Market is still very hot for sellers. Let’s take a broad look at King & Pierce county first. There were 3,462 new homes came on the market & 3,317 were pending. There were 1609 new listings in Pierce County and 1783 went pending. Guess what? There were average of 14 showings per home in both the counties combined. Now let’s take a closer look at what happened in the last month here is Auburn & Lake Tapps, WA Seller’s take note! Buyers are plentiful and waiting for your listing! So here are the latest stats for Auburn Wa: There were 128 homes for sale during the entire month of August. 204 homes went Pending, 4 more then July. 171 homes closed this month that went up by 12 since last month. Average Days on the market was 20 days last month and it dropped to 15 in August, and the median sale price was $485,000 and it went up by $6000 to $491,000. Now, let’s take a look at the stats for Lake Tapps: There were only 16 homes for sale for the month of August. 27 went pending, 17 were sold, average days on the market were 27 and the median sale price is $699,000. There is only 33 days of supply of homes in both Auburn & Lake Tapps. Again, we can’t stress this enough that supply is low, rates are low and buyers are out in FULL FORCE.
