Being new to the Seattle area, with a very long wish list for our home purchase, I knew we were going to need a very good Realtor. We were referred to Gaurav Sood and boy did that work out well for us. Gaurav started working with us before we left Utah. He sent us sample properties to look at in a wide variety of areas to get a good idea of what we were looking for. He sent emails with new listings on a regular basis and made sure that every time we came to Seattle, his calendar was cleared, making time for us, showing us properties. Once we found the perfect location, he put his strong negotiation skills and expertise in the market to work to get the right price for the property. He also worked very well with the sellers agent to have some issues with the property corrected. What could have turned out to be a difficult and painful process, worked out very well because of Gaurav. He is well respected by all he comes in contact with.
